Tell us what you are dealing with
A first conversation costs nothing and usually shortens the problem. If you are mid-incident, do not use this form — call.

What happens after you send it
An analyst reads it, not a sales queue. During office hours you will normally hear back the same working day and always within one; an incident call is answered at any hour, because the people who would answer it are the people on shift. Nobody is going to book you a discovery call to establish what you already wrote down.
The first reply is usually a question rather than a quotation. Security work priced before anyone understands the estate is priced defensively, and you pay for that margin. Ten minutes establishing what you actually run is what makes a number honest.
What to put in the message
Roughly what you do and how many people do it, whether a regulation is driving the question, and what prompted you to write today — an audit, a customer questionnaire, a tender, a near miss, or a board that has started asking. Any of those is enough. You do not need to know which service you want; working that out is the first thing we do, and we do it before anything is signed.
If you are reporting something you found in our own systems rather than in yours, write to the support address instead. We would much rather hear it from you than read about it somewhere else.
Where we work
Ljubljana and the rest of Slovenia for on-site work, at short notice when an incident needs somebody physically in the building. Remote across the EU, and across the region — Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Kosovo — where a group holds entities in several countries and each one has a supervisor of its own asking the same questions.
