DEFENCE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Capability for those who defend the country
We represent and integrate systems for military, police and critical-infrastructure users: counter-drone, surveillance, detection, hardened communications, blockchain investigation and counter-spyware. Our people came from these organisations, which is the reason we are trusted to sell into them.
CAPABILITY
Six areas
Counter-drone systems
Detection, identification and defeat of unmanned aircraft. Radar and radio-frequency detection paired with electro-optical confirmation, so an operator knows whether the contact is a hobbyist, a delivery drone or a threat before deciding anything. Non-kinetic effectors where the airspace or the law requires it.
Surveillance drones
Airborne observation for units that need a picture before they commit people to a situation: perimeter and border patrol, search operations, incident overwatch, and post-incident survey where sending an officer in first is the wrong call.
Threat detection systems
Screening and detection for places where people gather and where a search of every individual is not practical: transport hubs, stadiums, public buildings and events. Standoff detection rather than a queue at a metal detector.
Hardened private networks
Communications that do not depend on a public carrier and do not leave a record with one. For units operating where the commercial network is unavailable, untrusted, or simply not something an operation should be visible on.
Blockchain investigation
Tracing transactions through mixers, chains and exchanges to a point where an identity can be attached and a request can be made. Used in ransomware, fraud, trafficking and sanctions work, and increasingly the only thread that survives when everything else was encrypted.
Counter-spyware and sweeps
Detection of commercial spyware on devices belonging to people who are worth targeting, and technical surveillance counter-measures for the rooms they hold conversations in. Both are now routine problems for ministries, boards and anyone in a negotiation worth a great deal of money.
WHY NOW
Counter-drone stopped being a military-only purchase
-
The Commission put counter-drone on the agenda
The European Commission published its Action Plan on Drone and Counter-Drone Security on 11 February 2026, pressing counter-UAS adoption onto law enforcement and onto operators of critical infrastructure — not only onto the military.
-
NATO opened a joint procurement route
The alliance's first multinational counter-small-UAS procurement framework has moved this from a national purchase to a standardised capability, which changes both what is available and what it costs.
-
It is the same customer as the cyber side
The organisations Slovenian law designates as essential entities under ZInfV-1 — energy, water, transport, health, digital infrastructure — are the same ones now being told to defend their airspace. Two mandates, two regulators, one building, and one supplier who can answer both.
How we work in this market
We do not manufacture these systems. We represent manufacturers, integrate what they build into an operating environment, and stay with it afterwards — which in defence procurement matters more than the specification sheet, because a capability nobody is trained to run is not a capability.
Requirements in this field are rarely public and often should not be. Say as much or as little as you need to on first contact; we can work from a capability statement without a full specification, and we are used to the paperwork that comes with it.
Cyber and airspace, one supplier. If you are an essential entity under ZInfV-1 you already have a cyber obligation with a deadline. The counter-drone requirement is arriving at the same organisations from a different direction. We are the only company in Slovenia that can hold both contracts. See the cyber obligation
Tell us the requirement
A capability statement is enough to start. We will say whether we represent something that meets it, what it would take to integrate, and if we do not have it we will say that too.
