Why this company exists
Slovenia is a small market with a large number of organisations that matter — utilities, hospitals, manufacturers, banks, ministries — and until recently very few of them could buy security operations from anyone who had actually done it. The choice was a telco division, an IT integrator with a security line, or a consultancy in another country that would arrive by video call.
We built the alternative: an operations centre in the country, staffed by people who have handled real incidents, close enough to be in your building the same day when that is what the situation needs.
What the background actually changes
Military and law-enforcement experience is not a badge. It changes three specific things: how evidence is handled, so a finding survives a courtroom and an insurance claim; how an incident is run, because someone in the room has run one under pressure before; and what can be sold to a defence or police customer, because those organisations buy from people who understand their constraints.
What we will tell you not to buy
About half the organisations that ask us whether they are in scope of ZInfV-1 turn out not to be. We say so. The same applies to services: most companies need two of the eight and are being sold five, and a programme bought for the wrong reason is abandoned within a year — which costs us a customer rather than earning one.
Still to add here. Named team members with their certifications and service history, the accreditations the company holds, and two or three case notes with the client anonymised. Those three additions would do more for conversion than anything else on this site — they need facts only you have.
